DOCUMOTOR: WE’RE INCREASING OUR FOCUS ON HOW TO SERVE YOU BEST

We are making this move to support our ambition for the product even better, and to improve our capability to focus development on the platform you are already using. Operating as a dedicated subsidiary under Omnidocs allows us to ensure more spotlight on our amazing clients, like you, with an even greater focus on the feedback that matters, without sharing attention with other products.

At Documotor, we recognize the value created by our unique consultancy and software relationship with Omnidocs and our clients. So don’t worry, we are staying at the heart of Omnidocs. The team you know from Documotor will remain at Wilders Plads in Copenhagen, where most of our brilliant colleagues from Omnidocs are.

The Documotor team will consist of transferred Omnidoc’ers and new forces – all eager to take our product to the next level! Alongside our dedicated Documotor Engineering dream team will be:

• Sebastian Dybdal Ehlers as co-founder and CPO of Documotor.
• Jeppe Schytte-Hansen and Morten Hald Mortensen on the Documotor board of directors while retaining their respective roles at Omnidocs.

We are incredibly thrilled about how this enables us to serve you even better, but we know that this might also raise a few questions. We are right here to have a conversation about that. Feel free to reach out to your usual contact person at Omnidocs or Documotor.

Omnidocs will amend the data processing agreement for Documotor clients. Documotor ApS will be added as a sub-processor to reflect that Documotor ApS is providing Documotor to Omnidocs clients. Naturally, this does not impact your templates, transformations, or existing flows, as all your configuration data is staying in the same safe services of Azure. The suppliers used for the Documotor platform will be unaffected by this change, as we are not introducing any new sub-processors for Documotor ApS at this time. The transition of platform hosting is scheduled for mid-November.

All commercial contracts between Omnidocs and Documotor clients will be unaffected by this change, and Omnidocs A/S will still be the point of contact for all commercial and support-related inquiries. Needless to say, the Documotor team members welcome you to reach out just like when they wore their Omnidocs hats.
